Does Nothing

My husband used this again today by accident and again it does nothing. It left the dishes oily and nothing came clean. This is the 2nd or 3rd time he’s tried it. He’s getting rid of it.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong

This dishwasher detergent is very frustrating. I have tried numerous different amounts, placements of dishes in the dishwasher, rinsing the dishes off and basically cleaning them before putting them in, and everything still comes out cloudy, sticky, grimy. I have a brand new dishwasher too so it cannot be the appliance. I really was hoping this would work since I love all their other products, but this has flopped.
